Door teams set the tone of a venue. Ours are recruited for judgement as much as presence: capable when a situation escalates, but spending most of the night keeping things calm rather than confronting people.
We cover entry and ID checks, capacity monitoring, dispersal at close, and support for your bar and floor staff. Teams work to your licence conditions and maintain the incident records your licensing authority expects.
For hotels and leisure sites we also provide overnight lobby cover, car park patrols and support for guest-related incidents.
