How we operate
Accountable security, backed by active management
Officers are selected for each assignment rather than allocated at random. Duties are set through a site review and written into assignment instructions. Supervisors carry out unannounced checks, and the control room is staffed around the clock so there is always an escalation route.
It is a straightforward model, and it is the reason clients stay with us: the person on your site knows what they are there to do, and someone is checking that it is being done.

Common questions
Are your officers SIA licensed?
Yes. Every officer deployed to a client site holds a valid Security Industry Authority licence for the role they are carrying out, and licences are checked before deployment and monitored for expiry.
How quickly can you mobilise?
For straightforward sites we can usually survey, quote and deploy within a week. Urgent cover — for example after a break-in or for a vacant property — can often be arranged the same day, subject to availability.
Do you cover sites outside London?
Yes. Our head office is in London and the South East is our primary operating area, but we deploy across the Midlands, Northern England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, including nationwide multi-site contracts.
Can you provide cover at short notice or for one night only?
Yes. We cover one-off requirements such as a single event, an overnight lock-down after an incident, or holiday cover for your in-house team, as well as long-term contracts.
What happens if there is an incident on site?
The officer follows the escalation procedure written into your assignment instructions. The control room is staffed 24 hours a day and will contact your nominated keyholder and, where appropriate, the emergency services. A written incident report follows.
Do you provide equipment as well as officers?
Yes. Alongside manned guarding we install and maintain CCTV, intruder, fire and panic alarms, and access control systems — either as part of a guarding contract or on their own.
